1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order with UNIQUE PRINT O PACK, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Custom Manufacturing
All products are manufactured according to the customer's approved artwork, dimensions, paper quality, GSM, printing specifications, finishing requirements, and quantity. Every order is custom-made.
3. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are subject to change due to fluctuations in paper prices, raw material costs, transportation charges, taxes, or other market conditions. Final pricing will be confirmed before order confirmation.
4. Artwork Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, including spelling, colours, logos, dimensions, barcodes, QR codes, and product information before production. After approval, responsibility for printing errors cannot be accepted.
5. Advance Payment
Production begins only after receiving the agreed advance payment. The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
6. Order Cancellation
As every order is custom manufactured, cancellation is generally not possible after production starts. Approved cancellations before production may be subject to applicable design, die, material, and processing charges.
7. Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, transport delays, machine breakdowns, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
8. Product Variation
Minor variations in colour, paper texture, GSM tolerance, finishing, and print alignment are standard in commercial printing and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.
9. Returns & Refunds
Since all products are custom printed, returns and refunds are generally not accepted. Verified manufacturing defects may be resolved through replacement or another suitable solution at our discretion.
10. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm they own or are authorised to use all submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, and images. UNIQUE PRINT O PACK is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-provided content.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability shall not exceed the value of the respective order. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
12. Website Usage
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious software, or copy website content without written permission.
13. Marketing Communication
By submitting your information, you consent to receive calls, WhatsApp messages, SMS, and emails related to quotations, orders, customer support, and promotional offers. You may opt out at any time.
14. Privacy
Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy and used only for legitimate business purposes.
15. Changes to Terms
UNIQUE PRINT O PACK reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately after publication.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
